WASHINGTON COUNTY HOTEL PERFORMANCE: FEBRUARY 2023

Occupancy in 2023 is continuing to outpace 2022, which was the strongest year since 2020, and nearly as strong as 2019.

According to STR, which provides market data on the hotel industry around the globe, hotel occupancy reached 66.2%, a 6.1% increase over 2022. Average daily room rates also grew from last year to $130.89, a 16.7% increase, leading to a revenue per available room of $86.61, a 23.8% increase.

The following charts compare Washington County’s February 2023 hotel performance with the previous year  in three key performance areas: Occupancy (OCC), Average Daily Room Rates (ADR) and Revenue Per Available Room (RevPAR).
