WASHINGTON COUNTY HOTEL PERFORMANCE

Washington County’s hotel occupancy for the month of July of 2023 dipped slightly from the same period in 2022. Hotel occupancy from January-June was 75.2%, compared to 77.6% last year, 3.1% decline. Average daily room rates (ADR) and revenue per available room (RevPAR) also decreased in July 2023. ADR was $143.44, a 1.2%. RevPAR was $107.80, a 4.3% decrease over 2022.
