
WASHINGTON COUNTY HOTEL PERFORMANCE
June and Year-to-Date 2023
Washington County’s hotel occupancy for the first six months of 2023 dipped slightly from the same period in 2022. Hotel occupancy from January-June was 66.6%, compared to 67.3 last year – nearly a 1% decline. Average daily room rates (ADR) and revenue per available room (RevPAR), however, increased in 2023. ADR was $132.11, a 8.6% increase, and RevPAR was $88.00, a 7.6% increase.

For the month of June, Washington County’s hotel performance decreased by 8.1% from 2022. June 2023 had an occupancy of 74.4%, down from 80..9% in June 2022. ADR and RevPAR also declined from June 22, with ADR at $141.50, a 53-cent decrease, and a RevPAR of $105.22, down $9.71 from the previous year.
