Ezell’s Famous Chicken
Ezell’s opened its first (and only) location in Oregon in 2020. The family-owned business started in Seattle in 1984 and has grown into a Pacific Northwest icon. Famously known for being one of Oprah’s “favorite things,” Ezell’s Famous Chicken is served original or spicy and can be paired with homemade side dishes like mashed potatoes and gravy, heritage mac and cheese or slow-baked BBQ beans, just to name a few. Originating in Daegu, South Korea, ChiMcking opened its Beaverton Town Square location in late 2020. ChiMcking specializes in Korean chicken wings made from imported spices and sauces, as well as Korean beer. ChiMcking offers crunchy boneless or bone-in wings in three flavors: soy garlic, hot king and extra hot king. Also on the menu is a popular Korean food, Ddukbokki which is stir-fried rice cakes ChiMcking makes from a 50-year-old recipe from a specialty chef in Korea. Currently open for takeout or delivery.
